How long will shipping take to Canada and internationally?

Shipping times differ depending on your location and chosen delivery method at checkout. We provide estimated delivery windows on each product page and in your checkout summary. If you are prepping for a festival or event, we strongly recommend placing your order at least 3 weeks in advance.

How does sizing work and what if an item does not fit?

Our rave and retro apparel often features fitted or late-'90s baby-tee silhouettes that can run small. Detailed measurement charts in both centimetres and inches are listed on each product page. If something doesn't fit, we are happy to exchange it for another size, subject to stock availability.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged or defective?

Please inspect your package as soon as it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or not as described, email photos to our support team within 7 days of delivery. We will promptly send a replacement or issue a full refund, even on final-sale pieces.

Can I return festival or rave pieces after wearing them?

To keep things sanitary and fair for all shoppers, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on items that have been worn out, washed, or used at an event. Returned pieces must remain unworn with original tags attached.

Is Pinkglitt3r a legit store, and can I track my parcel?

Yes! We are an independent online shop based in Toronto, Ontario. Every order comes with tracking sent straight to your email as soon as it dispatches, and all payments are secured via encrypted checkout.

What materials are your clothes made of, and do they look like the photos?

We list every fabric blend, lining detail, and care instruction right in the item descriptions so you know exactly what to expect. We also share true-to-life studio photos, fabric close-ups, and lookbook styling shots to showcase real textures and shine.

How do daily spin-the-wheel discounts work at checkout?

You can spin our daily arcade wheel once per day to unlock exclusive discount codes. Please note that only one promo code can be used per order at checkout, and codes cannot be combined with other promotional coupons.

Who covers return shipping fees?

For standard exchanges and returns, customers are responsible for return shipping postage. If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect piece sent by us, we cover the shipping replacement cost in full.
